This workflow is designed to streamline the order management process by integrating Simvoly and Shopify. When a new order is placed in Simvoly, the system checks if the customer exists in Shopify. If not, a new customer is created. Subsequently, an order is generated in Shopify, ensuring that all order details, including line items and customer information, are accurately transferred.
