Sync Zendesk Tickets to Slack Threads

This n8n workflow automates the synchronization of Zendesk tickets with Slack threads. When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, it triggers the creation of a dedicated thread in a specified Slack channel. The Slack thread ID is then stored in a custom field on the Zendesk ticket for future reference.

For subsequent updates, such as new comments on the ticket, the workflow retrieves the stored thread ID and posts the comment as a reply directly in the Slack thread. This ensures all ticket activity is mirrored in Slack without manual intervention, maintaining a single source of truth for conversations.
