Transfer n8n Credentials Between Instances via Multi-Form

This workflow enables seamless credential transfer between self-hosted n8n instances through a user-friendly multi-form interface. Users first select a predefined remote instance, then retrieve all credentials from the current instance using the Execute Command node. Next, they choose a specific credential by name, and the workflow creates it on the remote instance via the n8n API, with a final confirmation page.

Setup requires configuring remote instances (name, apiKey, baseUrl) in the Settings node and selecting credentials where needed. Obtain the form URL from the first node to start. Note: Self-hosted only due to Execute Command; handle with care as credentials are decrypted in-process and API keys stored in workflow—for testing, not production (use Enterprise for prod).
