Setup Requirements
You will need an n8n instance, Google Workspace (Calendar and Docs), a Slack workspace for briefs and summaries, and either OpenAI or Google Gemini API access. Optional integrations include Fireflies for meeting recording, Airtable for task tracking, and Discord or WhatsApp for daily digests.
Example Use Case
A sales director with 20+ meetings per week connects the prep workflow to their Google Calendar.
