The gateway just restarted. Before doing anything else, confirm the world is the way MEMORY.md says it is — restarts are exactly when drift happens.

Checklist

1. Am I who I think I am? Confirm workspace files loaded (SOUL.md, USER.md, MEMORY.md). If any are missing, say so immediately and stop.
2. Connectivity. Ping the services listed in TOOLS.md (chat channel, calendar, the machines under "Machines"). Note anything unreachable.
3. Time. Check the current date and time against your last memory entry. A gap of days means missed heartbeats — check what was scheduled to happen in that window and whether it did.
4. Unfinished business. Read the last daily memory file for work that was mid-flight when the restart happened. Resume it or report it, do not silently drop it.

Report

Post one short message: restart time, gap length, anything unreachable, anything resumed. If everything is green, one line is enough.
