A named session file. It exists because this topic outgrew the daily file: three hours of focused work with its own running state that tomorrow's session must pick up exactly where today's stopped.
Goal
Collect everything the accountant needs for the 2025 filing by July 20.
State
- Bank statements exported (all 12 months, in
~/Documents/tax-2025/bank/) - Invoices matched against statements — 2 unmatched, see below
- Charitable receipts — user thinks there are three; found two
- Final bundle zipped and sent
Open questions
- Unmatched payments: €89.00 on 2025-03-11 and €140.50 on 2025-09-02. User will check who these were — ask at next session, do not guess.
- The missing receipt might be in the email archive under "spende" — search not run yet (mailbox was rate-limiting).
Why a named file and not the daily file
The daily file is a diary; this is a workspace. Rule of thumb: if a topic needs its own checklist, or will span more than two days, give it a slug file and link it from each day's entry that touches it.
