CLI tool for browsing and searching Hacker News. Fetches top, new, best, Ask HN, Show HN stories, job postings, item details, comments, and user profiles. Supports Algolia-powered search across stories and comments, plus dedicated 'Who is hiring?' thread lookup. No authentication required.
Replaces manually navigating the Hacker News website or writing custom scrapers by providing a single CLI for all common HN queries with structured output.
