What This Skill Does
Defines a standardized communication protocol for AI agents to send Telegram messages to a specific user. Each agent must use its assigned accountId, emoji, and the `message` tool with a fixed target ID.
Replaces ad-hoc or inconsistent messaging approaches by enforcing a uniform format and account mapping for all agent-to-user Telegram communications.
When to Use It
- Acknowledge receipt of a new task via Telegram
- Report completion of a subtask with output details
- Notify the user of an error or issue requiring a decision
- Send the final result after all tasks are finished
- Use the correct accountId and emoji for your agent role
- Avoid common mistakes like using `sessions_send` or wrong accountId
