参数与最低运行条件
必需：候选公司结果、目标市场、产品/服务、目标客户画像。建议：已有客户池、公司研究、排除规则和人工优先级。
至少有可识别的公司名或域名及目标画像后才能初筛；主体无法确认时标记待判断，不合并同名公司。
流程
- 先与已有客户池按公司主体和域名去重，保留疑似重复。
- 不根据名称或域名后缀猜测业务、规模或采购能力。
- 将搜索摘要仅作初筛信号；关键结论需要官网、公开研究或内部记录支持。
- 按产品/业务匹配、客户类型、市场地区、规模与采购能力证据、官网可信度、联系入口清晰度进行有证据评分。
- 缺证据的维度保持待判断，不以 AI 推测补齐分数。
- 默认从 10–30 个候选中保留 5–10 个高匹配公司；真正匹配更少时只输出实际数量。
输出
表格包含公司名称、官网、国家/地区、客户类型、产品匹配、业务匹配、匹配证据、风险或疑点、是否已在客户池、推荐优先级、建议下一步和证据来源；排除项同时给出原因。使用 ../templates/company-screening-table.md。
边界与协作
评分只辅助人工判断；不得自动写入作战池、不得大规模查询或凑数量。主体需要深入核验时交 zayn-company-research；匹配判断可交 zayn-company-fit；人工确认后再交 zayn-contact-strategy 或 zayn-qualify。
