Understanding Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly. Here's how it works:

1. Sales accumulate: Your earnings from completed sales build up over the month.
2. Period closes: At the end of each month, we calculate your total earnings.
3. Processing: Payouts are processed within the first week of the following month.
4. Transfer: Funds are sent to your connected Stripe account.
5. Bank deposit: Stripe transfers funds to your bank account (typically 2-3 business days).

• Minimum payout: There may be a minimum threshold for payouts to keep transaction costs reasonable.
• Currency: Payouts are processed in USD. Your bank handles conversion if needed.
• Fees: Stripe's standard transfer fees apply. Neura Market does not charge additional payout fees.
• Tax documents: At the end of the tax year, relevant tax forms are provided through Stripe.

Your Seller Dashboard shows:

• Real-time sales: See purchases as they happen.
• Earnings breakdown: Commission, net earnings, and pending payouts.
• Historical data: Full history of all sales and payouts.
• Analytics: Which products sell best, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
