    What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Data Center Lease Analyst to support the administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our data center, real estate, and equipment lease portfolio. In this role, you will oversee lease data integrity, ensure ASC 842 compliance, and enhance reporting within our lease management system (CoStar). You'll partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to maintain high-quality lease data and strong internal controls.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about improving processes across the lease administration function.

    About the role:

As a Data Center Lease Analyst, you will manage a diverse portfolio of data center, real estate, and equipment leases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS16 standards. Your day-to-day will involve abstracting complex lease agreements, coordinating with Accounts Payable and Operations for expense approvals, and interacting with landlords to resolve billing disputes or reconcile charges. You will also perform desk audits of operating expense statements and drive continuous process improvements across reporting and lease administration workflows.

    • Administer a portfolio of the company's data center, real estate, network, and equipment leases.
    • Interpret complex commercial contract language related to rent, tax, insurance, power usage, cross-connects, and other obligations.
    • Abstract lease documents into the lease database in accordance with ASC 842 and IFRS16.
    • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Operations for expense approvals and payments.
    • Review variance reports to write narratives to internal stakeholders.
    • Interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes and reconcile charges.
    • Perform desk audits of annual operating expense statements to ensure all expenses are consistent with the terms of the lease.
    • Document management of service orders, lease documents, and invoices.
    • Drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and operational practices.

    Who You Are:

    • Minimum 5 years of corporate lease administration experience.
    • Strong understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles.
    • Proven ability to abstract lease agreements and amendments.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in processing rent invoices and OpEx reconciliations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying gaps and driving solutions.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with CoStar, Asana, and the Google suite is a plus.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their diverse experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

    • You love to solve complex logistical puzzles and find satisfaction in turning a raw site into a world-class facility.
    • You're curious about the intersection of cutting-edge AI infrastructure and the physical environments that power it.
    • You're an expert at managing ambiguity—balancing aggressive timelines, evolving technical requirements, and competing stakeholder priorities without losing sight of the end goal.
    • You thrive in fast-moving environments where the scope of work is large, the stakes are high, and no two days look the same.
