AI Email Automation: Summarize, Classify & Auto-Respond with RAG

This workflow revolutionizes business email management by triggering on new IMAP emails, preprocessing HTML to plain text, and using DeepSeek AI to create concise Italian summaries (under 100 words). It then classifies emails into categories like 'Company info request' or 'other' for targeted handling.

Next, it leverages OpenAI to draft responses based on email content and summaries, followed by DeepSeek review for professional HTML formatting. Integrated Qdrant Vector Store provides RAG retrieval of relevant company data, ensuring accurate, context-aware replies limited to 100 words.

Benefits include time savings on routine inquiries, consistent professional communication, and scalability for high-volume inboxes. Use cases: Customer support for info requests, sales lead qualification, or internal team coordination in Italian-speaking markets. Reduces manual effort by 90% while minimizing errors through AI precision.
