AI Human-in-the-Loop Email Response System with IMAP

This workflow automates the processing of incoming emails using IMAP triggers, AI-powered summarization, and response drafting, with a crucial human-in-the-loop approval step to ensure accuracy and professionalism. The process begins with an IMAP Email Trigger monitoring the inbox. Incoming emails are preprocessed via a Markdown node, then summarized and responded to by dedicated AI chains. The drafted response, along with the original email and summary, is formatted and sent to an approver's email for review. Upon approval, the response is sent back to the original sender.
