This workflow triggers automatically whenever a new response is submitted via Typeform. It downloads the existing 'Problems.xls' spreadsheet from a specified NextCloud folder, reads its contents into the workflow data, merges the new Typeform response (matching columns: Name, Email, Severity, Problem) by appending it as a new row, converts the updated data back into an XLS file format, and uploads the refreshed spreadsheet back to NextCloud overwriting the original.
