Auto-Assign Stale JIRA Tickets with AI & Supabase

This n8n workflow template consists of two continuous flows to prevent JIRA issues from going unassigned. The first flow runs on a schedule to populate a Supabase vector store with metadata from recently resolved issues, keeping the database fresh and relevant for similarity matching.

The second flow identifies stale, unassigned issues, queries the vector store using AI to find similar resolved tickets, and determines the most contextual team member. It then checks current workloads by counting assigned and in-progress issues per member, auto-assigning to the one with the least load and adding a notification comment.
