Auto Video Transcription: Drive to Docs with VLM Run AI
Monitors Google Drive for new videos, transcribes them using VLM Run AI with timestamps and descriptions, then saves formatted reports to Google Docs. Perfect for meetings, podcasts, and content automation.
This workflow automates video transcription by monitoring a specified Google Drive folder for new video uploads (MP4, AVI, MOV, WebM, MKV). Upon detection, it downloads the file, processes it via the VLM Run AI community node for high-accuracy speech-to-text transcription including timestamps, audio content, and visual scene descriptions. The output is then formatted into a structured report and automatically created or appended to a Google Doc for easy access, sharing, and collaboration.
