This workflow automates the creation of outgoing invoices in FreeFinance based on new orders in WooCommerce, streamlining your financial processes.
The workflow checks for new completed orders in WooCommerce every 15 minutes. Upon detecting a new order, it maps the order details to create an invoice in FreeFinance. It includes tax rate mappings and payment details to ensure accurate financial records. If configured, it can also create a new customer in FreeFinance based on the order's billing information. In case of errors during customer creation or invoice generation, an email notification is sent to the specified address.
