Automate Shopify Order Processing with Zoho CRM, Harvest, and Trello
Streamline your Shopify order management by automatically updating Zoho CRM, creating invoices in Harvest, and managing tasks in Trello. Enhance customer engagement with personalized emails and targeted Mailchimp campaigns.
This workflow automates the process of handling new Shopify orders by integrating with Zoho CRM, Harvest, Trello, Gmail, and Mailchimp. Upon receiving a new order, customer details are updated in Zoho CRM. An invoice is generated in Harvest and a task is created in Trello. Depending on the order value, customers receive either a thank you email or a discount coupon via Gmail. High-value customers are also added to a Mailchimp campaign.
New buyers can create an account from the cart to unlock a controlled $10 first-purchase credit on eligible orders of $25+.
