This workflow acts as a graceful client onboarding concierge, ideal for coaches, designers, boutique agencies, e-commerce, and service providers in health & fitness or similar fields. It starts with a webhook trigger on form submissions (POST /client-intake) or manual trigger for demos. Incoming data is normalized, fields mapped, an opt-in token generated, and lead score/tier computed automatically for prioritization.

Core actions include creating a detailed Client page in Notion with fields like Name, Email, Package, Notes, Status, Score, Tier, OptInToken, and initial Consent=false. A personalized welcome email is sent with industry-tuned copy, scheduler link, and optional contract link for premium packages. Optional features notify the owner via Telegram with score/tier details, mirror leads to Airtable or HubSpot CRM, and book a temporary 30-min Google Calendar 'Intro Hold' event (e.g., 48 hours ahead).
