Automated n8n Workflow Backup to Google Drive with Gmail & Discord Alerts

This workflow provides a robust, automated backup system for all your n8n workflows. It runs on a schedule (default: daily at 1:30 AM) using an orchestrator that fetches the full list of workflows via the n8n API. It then loops through each one, invoking a worker sub-process to handle individual backups. This self-referential design ensures efficient processing without overwhelming the system.

In the worker phase, it retrieves the workflow data, defines the target Google Drive folder, and checks for an existing backup file named 'WorkflowName_WorkflowID.json'. An IF node routes logic: if the file exists, it updates it; otherwise, it creates a new one. Binary conversion via Code nodes ensures proper JSON file handling. Failures trigger Gmail notifications, while completions can alert via Discord for full transparency.
