When a call is initiated or received, the workflow searches Capsule CRM for the caller's details, excluding anonymous numbers. If a match is found, it displays an insight card in Aircall with the caller's name, job title, company, last contact date, email, and location, along with a direct link to their Capsule CRM profile.
