Automatically Secure New PDF Files in SharePoint with Plumsail
This workflow automatically secures new PDF files in a SharePoint library using Plumsail Documents, ensuring they are protected and saved back to the cloud storage.
The workflow monitors a specified SharePoint library for newly created PDF files. Upon detection, it downloads the file, applies security settings to prevent unauthorized actions such as printing or modifying, and uploads the protected file back to the SharePoint library, replacing the original if necessary.
New buyers can create an account from the cart to unlock a controlled $10 first-purchase credit on eligible orders of $25+.
