The workflow listens for new or updated contacts in SigParser and checks if the contact already exists in Nimble. If the contact does not exist, it creates a new entry in Nimble. If the contact exists, it updates the existing entry with the latest information. This process includes filtering out contacts from certain domains and handling various contact details such as email, phone numbers, and social media links.
