Confluence Page AI Chatbot Workflow

This n8n workflow creates an interactive AI chatbot for Confluence pages. It starts with a user chat input querying specific page content. The workflow fetches page details via Confluence REST API, extracts the body in storage or view format, and converts HTML to Markdown for optimal processing.

An AI agent then analyzes the Markdown content to provide accurate, context-aware responses. Users can summarize pages, extract details, clarify info, or gain insights dynamically, enhancing knowledge access without manual navigation.

Benefits include streamlined knowledge management, better team collaboration via chat summaries, efficient research from docs, and improved accessibility through conversational interfaces. Ideal for HRMS in handling policies, training docs, or employee resources stored in Confluence.

Use cases: Quick page summaries in team chats, extracting HR policy details, analyzing documentation for decisions, or conversational access for non-technical users.
