Every time a new entry is created in Typeform, a new document will be instantly created from a template in Plumsail Documents. Your Typeform is expected to have these custom fields: Name, Surname. If you don’t have these custom fields in your Typeform, you will need to either create them or map different existing custom fields relevant to you. How to import this workflow into Make
