Monitor Google Sheets Changes Every 45 Mins & Notify Mattermost

This n8n workflow automates monitoring of a Google Sheets document for new entries every 45 minutes using an Interval node as the trigger. It fetches the latest data from the sheet, then employs a custom Function node to compare against previously stored IDs in workflow static data. Only truly new rows (based on unique ID) are identified and processed, preventing duplicate alerts.

If new data is found, the workflow formats and sends a rich notification to Mattermost, including the new row's ID, name, and email. This setup is highly efficient for ongoing surveillance without constant manual checks, leveraging n8n's static data storage for state persistence across executions.
