Send Mattermost Notification on New WooCommerce Order

This workflow triggers on new order creation in WooCommerce and instantly sends a customized message to a specified Mattermost channel. The message includes the customer's first name and the name of the first product purchased, keeping your team informed in real-time without manual checks.

Benefits include immediate team awareness of sales, enabling quick responses to customers, inventory updates, or fulfillment processes. It saves time by eliminating the need to monitor WooCommerce dashboards constantly and integrates seamlessly two popular tools for e-commerce communication.

Ideal use cases: E-commerce stores using WooCommerce wanting to notify sales, support, or ops teams via Mattermost; small businesses automating order alerts; or agencies monitoring client stores. Easy to customize for additional details like order total or shipping info.
