Send Typeform Results to Google Sheets, Slack & Email

This workflow automates the processing of Typeform form submissions for problem reporting. It starts with a Typeform Trigger that activates on new responses, capturing fields like Name, Email, Severity, and Problem. The data is then appended to a specific Google Sheet named 'Problems' in columns A:D, ensuring all submissions are logged centrally without manual intervention.

Next, an IF node evaluates the Severity field: if it's greater than 7 (very severe), it posts a detailed message to Slack for immediate team attention. For less severe issues, it sends an email notification with the submitter's details and problem description. This conditional logic prioritizes critical feedback, enabling quick responses to high-priority problems.
