Sync Entra ID Users to Zammad Seamlessly

This workflow enables seamless integration between Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Zammad by fetching members from a specified Entra group and syncing them to Zammad users. It extracts key details like email, phone, and name, formats them for Zammad compatibility, and performs dynamic matching to identify existing users. New users from Entra are automatically created in Zammad, existing ones are updated with fresh data, and users no longer in the Entra group are deactivated.
