Users initiate the survey with a "/next" command, triggering the bot to fetch predefined questions from a Google Sheet and present them sequentially from left to right columns. Each user response is analyzed by a text classifier node to determine if a follow-up is warranted, enabling an AI Agent to engage in mini-conversations for deeper insights.
