Voice Notes to AI Responses: Claude Sonnet, Nuclino & Slack

This n8n workflow captures voice notes from Voicenotes.com via webhook, extracts the title and transcript, and feeds the transcript to an AI Agent powered by OpenRouter's Claude Sonnet model. The AI generates a structured markdown response including Summary, Prompt, and Response sections, which is then merged with the original prompt for output preparation.

The processed content is used to create a new document in a Nuclino collection via HTTP Request node, ensuring knowledge is preserved in a centralized system. Simultaneously, a Slack notification is dispatched with the prompt, AI response, and direct link to the new Nuclino note. Finally, both inputs and outputs are archived in NocoDB for long-term reference and analysis.

Benefits include hands-free prompt creation for busy professionals, seamless integration of voice input with AI reasoning, and multi-channel output for collaboration. It saves hours of manual transcription, prompting, and documentation, enabling rapid idea capture and team sharing.

Ideal use cases: Content creators turning spoken ideas into polished docs, teams brainstorming via voice with instant AI refinement and notifications, or knowledge workers archiving insights automatically. Customize for other transcription services, AI models, or outputs like email/CRM.

Requirements: OpenRouter API, Nuclino token, Slack bot, NocoDB (optional). Easy to adapt with different triggers or system prompts.
