Reminder
Capture natural-language events, save to your workspace, and schedule Telegram reminders with automatic cron notifications and upcoming event queries.

What This Skill Does
Parses natural-language event descriptions (meetings, birthdays, deadlines) in Chinese or English, stores them in a git-synced workspace file, and schedules Telegram reminders via cron at configurable offsets (default 24h/1h/10m). Also answers queries about upcoming events.
Replaces manually setting calendar reminders and writing cron scripts by turning chat messages into structured, synced events with automatic Telegram notifications.
When to Use It
- Tell the assistant about a meeting next Tuesday at 3 PM and get a Telegram reminder 1 hour before
- Ask 'What's on my schedule for this week?' and receive a summary of upcoming events
- Set a yearly reminder for a family member's birthday with lunar date conversion
- Schedule a deadline reminder for Friday afternoon with 24-hour and 10-minute advance notices
- Cancel or reschedule a previously saved event and have the cron jobs updated automatically
Install
$ openclaw skills install @reed1898/reminderReminder (secretary)
A lightweight personal secretary for OpenClaw:
- Tell it events in natural language (Chinese/English).
- It extracts structured info and stores it in your workspace (so Git/
claw-roamcan sync across devices). - It schedules Telegram reminders using OpenClaw
cron.
What it does
- Capture events from chat (meetings / birthdays / deadlines)
- Store events in a workspace data file (easy to back up & sync via Git/
claw-roam) - Schedule Telegram reminders using OpenClaw
cron - Answer queries like “我最近有什么安排/计划?”
Data (separated from skill)
This skill contains no personal event data.
User data lives in the workspace at:
- Events file:
~/.openclaw/workspace/reminders/events.yml
Template (shipped with the skill):
skills/reminder/assets/events.template.yml
Config (env)
REMINDER_TZ(default:Asia/Shanghai)REMINDER_OFFSETS_MINUTES(default:1440,60,10for 24h/1h/10m)
Capture behavior
When user says something like:
- “后天上午10点有个会”
- “下个月2号我妈生日”
- “周五下午三点交报告”
Do:
- Parse the event:
- title
- start datetime (Shanghai)
- notes (optional)
- reminders offsets (default 24h/1h/10m)
- repeat (optional: yearly/monthly/weekly)
- If key info is ambiguous (e.g. ‘后天’ date, ‘下个月’ which month, lunar birthday conversion, time missing), ask only the minimal clarifying question(s).
- Write/update the event in
reminders/events.yml. - Create
cronjobs for each reminder time (delivery to current Telegram).
Reply style
- After scheduling: reply briefly with the resolved datetime + confirmation.
- For cancellations/changes: confirm what was changed and whether cron jobs were removed/replaced.
Queries
If user asks:
- “我最近有什么安排?”
- “下周有什么?”
Then read reminders/events.yml, compute upcoming items (Shanghai time), and summarize.
Notes / safety
- Never commit machine-specific secrets (keep them in
LOCAL_CONFIG.md, already gitignored). - For lunar birthdays: store the canonical lunar date + the computed solar date for the target year; ask how to handle leap months when needed.

google-meet
@byungkyuGoogle Meet API integration with managed OAuth. Create meeting spaces, list conference records, and manage meeting participants. Use this skill when users want to interact with Google Meet. For other third party apps, use the api-gateway skill (https://clawhub.ai/byungkyu/api-gateway). Calls run through the `maton` CLI with OAuth login, or over raw HTTP with a Maton API key where the CLI cannot be installed. Every call is authenticated as the user's connection and reaches only what that connection's authorization allows, which the provider enforces on every request; the endpoints documented here are the ones this skill uses, and any other endpoint of this app needs the user to ask for it by name. Default to read and list calls, and confirm every write or new connection with the user. This file also documents the three constructs that turn a Google Meet connection into automation, in the order they are used: the connection (the first step), a hosted function that runs a Google Meet action through the Maton SDK, and a trigger that calls that function on a schedule or on an event. Those sections are the platform's own reference text, shared with the api-gateway skill, with Google Meet examples; they add no Google Meet capability - Google Meet is not an event source, a trigger cannot read Google Meet data, and the files under `references/<source>/triggers.md` are the platform's event catalogues for the sources Maton offers (time, Calendly, GitHub, Gmail, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Slack, Stripe).
