China Social Media Strategy

Overview

Use this skill to help overseas companies create a practical China social media strategy before entering or expanding in the China market. Focus on strategic planning, platform fit, content direction, localization, operating readiness, and a staged GTM roadmap.

Workflow

1. Analyze the business before recommending platforms.
2. Select platforms based on business model, audience, product traits, objectives, content fit, search behavior, and operating resources.
3. Define content strategy for the selected platforms.
4. Recommend localization priorities.
5. Assess account and operating readiness.
6. Produce an initial 30/60/90-day China social media GTM roadmap.

If the user provides incomplete business context, ask the fewest necessary follow-up questions before strategy work. If enough context exists, state assumptions and proceed.

When uncertain, name the uncertainty and give a practical next step rather than inventing precise claims.
