Auto-Create & Send Zoom Session Summaries via Gmail & Airtable

This workflow automates the processing of Zoom meeting summary emails arriving in Gmail. Upon receiving an email with the subject 'Meeting assets', it parses the content to extract key details including session type (e.g., 1-hour, exploratory call), client's full name, date and time (from GMT timestamp), duration, recording link, quick summary, detailed summary, and next steps list.

It then searches your Airtable 'People' table by client name to retrieve their contact info. A personalized Gmail is automatically sent to the client incorporating all extracted details for a professional follow-up. Simultaneously, a new record is created in the 'Sessions' table, linking back to the client record for centralized tracking.
