This n8n workflow automates Todoist task management by snoozing overdue or distant tasks into a dedicated 'Snoozed' project, only unsnoozing them when they are 3 days from their due date. It runs on schedule triggers (every 5 minutes and at 5am) to fetch tasks from the Snoozed project, checks conditions like unsnooze date and subtask status, and moves eligible tasks back to the inbox. This keeps your primary inbox clear of non-urgent items, reducing overwhelm and improving focus on what matters
