The workflow begins by retrieving customer data from a specified Google Sheets document. It checks each row to ensure a phone number is present and that the customer has not been contacted. Depending on the language specified in the sheet, it sends a personalized SMS in either English or Spanish using D7SMS. After sending the message, the workflow updates the Google Sheets document to mark the customer as contacted and records the date and time of contact.
