It extracts key customer details like name, email, amount, and payment ID using a Set node, removes duplicates, and appends or updates a Google Sheets log to create a 'failed payments queue'. This ensures clean tracking without manual intervention.

A daily Schedule Trigger (10 AM) reads the sheet for leads with fewer than 2 emails sent. A Switch node routes based on email_sent_count: first gentle reminder for count <1, urgent follow-up for count <2, or skips exhausted leads. Emails include billing links, and counts are incremented post-send, preventing spam while maximizing recovery.
