Automatically Create ApuTime Tasks from Emails with Attachments
This workflow creates a new ApuTime task whenever an email is sent to a specified address. It also uploads any attachments to Google Drive and links them to the task.
This workflow streamlines task management by converting emails into ApuTime tasks. When an email is sent to a designated address, a task is created in ApuTime with the email's subject and body as the task name and description. If the email includes attachments, they are uploaded to Google Drive and linked to the task. In case of errors during task creation or file attachment, an email notification is sent to the sender.
