This workflow automatically creates an ID badge with a QR code for each new user added to your Google Workspace. The badge is generated using a template and stored in Google Drive.
Upon detecting a new user in your Google Workspace, this workflow generates a QR code containing the user's ID, uploads the QR code to Google Drive, and uses a Google Docs template to create a personalized ID badge. The badge includes user details such as name, department, and location, and embeds the QR code image.
