Convert JSON Data to Spreadsheets, CSV, and Files

This workflow demonstrates efficient data conversion between JSON and spreadsheet formats. It starts by fetching random user data via HTTP Request from an API like randomuser.me. The data is then processed using a Set node to extract key fields such as full name and country, preparing it for multiple output formats.

Next, it branches to append the structured data directly to Google Sheets using OAuth2 authentication, ideal for real-time collaboration. Simultaneously, it generates a CSV spreadsheet file via Spreadsheet File node, enabling local storage or further processing. For JSON preservation, Move Binary Data converts the JSON to binary, followed by Write Binary File to save 'randomusers.json' locally.

Finally, a Gmail node attaches the JSON file and sends it with a custom subject and message. Benefits include automating data imports/exports, reducing manual spreadsheet work, and integrating with Google Workspace.
