Create Help Scout conversations from new Jotform entries
Every time someone fills out your Jotform, Make will automatically create a new conversation in Help Scout. If the respondents data does not exist yet in Help Scout, Make will also create a new customer. In order for this template to work, your Gognito Form should ask, among other things, for the respondents email address, name and surname.

How to import this workflow into Make
1Purchase or download the workflow to get the Make blueprint JSON file.
2In Make, create a new scenario, click the three-dots menu, and choose "Import Blueprint".
3Reconnect each module to your own app connections when prompted.
4Run the scenario once to verify it, then set your schedule and turn it on.
