When a ticket comes into Freshdesk and it does not exist in ClickUp, a new task is created and the ticket in Freshdesk is updated. If the task exists in ClickUp, the task is updated.

How to import this workflow into Make
1Purchase or download the workflow to get the Make blueprint JSON file.
2In Make, create a new scenario, click the three-dots menu, and choose "Import Blueprint".
