Using this template, Make will automatically create or update an Airtable record when a Smartsheet row is created or updated.
Your Airtable table should contain a Smartsheet row ID column. It will be used to check if the Smartsheet row exists in Airtable so that a correct create/update operation is applied.

How to import this workflow into Make
