Upon receiving a webhook, it immediately acknowledges to prevent disabling, then branches for specific folders like vocal notes or quotes. It supports two monitoring approaches: Way #1 lists all files, filters non-folders, and calls specialized sub-workflows; Way #2 lists files, queries a NocoDB database for known files by folder, compares using Dropbox file IDs (handling renames), excludes known files, processes new ones, and adds them to the DB for future recognition.
