Send an email via Gmail for delivered Katana sales orders
This Make workflow triggers when a sales order’s status is updated to “delivered” in Katana MRP. It then automatically sends a confirmation email to the customer through Gmail, eliminating the need to manually notify each buyer and ensuring timely delivery updates.
When an order status is changed to delivered, a new e-mail is sent to the customer by Gmail.
