This n8n workflow captures raw meeting notes sent via a Telegram bot and leverages GPT-4.1-mini to intelligently process them: removing duplicates, extracting key points, formatting into structured Markdown for Notion, and identifying tasks with details like responsible persons and deadlines. Tasks are parsed to clean titles, and both formatted notes and tasks are sent back to Telegram for user review and edits.

Upon confirmation (e.g., 👌 reaction), notes are published to a specified Notion database, and tasks are synced via TickTick API, eliminating manual data entry. Benefits include reduced cognitive load, instant actionability from discussions, and seamless integration across tools for teams handling standups, brainstorms, or client calls.
