TT-RSS Public Feed to Mastodon Auto-Poster

This n8n workflow automates content sharing from your Tiny Tiny RSS (tt-rss) instance to Mastodon. Triggered every 10 minutes by a Cron node, it reads the latest items from your public published feed using the RSS Feed Read node. A custom Function node intelligently filters out previously posted articles by tracking the last RSS ID in global static data, ensuring no duplicates are shared.

New items are then formatted and posted via an HTTP Request node to your Mastodon instance's API, including the article title and link in the status. Setup requires only your Mastodon instance URL, access token, and tt-rss public feed URL—plug them in and activate.

Benefits include effortless cross-posting to the fediverse, time savings for curators, and reliable operation without manual intervention. Ideal for bloggers, journalists, or enthusiasts maintaining a presence on Mastodon while aggregating news from tt-rss. Use cases: automated newsletters, personal news feeds, or community updates in decentralized social networks.
