Waitlist Form to Google Sheets with Email Verification

This n8n workflow automates waitlist management by starting with a form for users to submit name, email, company, and other details. It generates a unique verification code, appends initial data to a Google Sheet, and emails the code to the user.

Users then receive a second form to enter the code. The workflow validates it; if invalid, it loops back to the verification form. Once valid, it marks the entry as verified, collects additional info like intended use, and updates the sheet with all data including the code and status.
