Capture and Track job applicants and Verify Resumes for Fraud

This template automates the intake and screening of job applicants by combining Google Forms, Google Drive, and Verify (TailLR Made). When a candidate submits an application through Google Forms, the scenario locates and downloads the associated resume file from Google Drive, extracts the resume text, and analyzes it using Verify to identify potential fraud, inconsistencies, and risk indicators such as timeline gaps, unverifiable employers, or technology time travel. The analysis results are then recorded in Google Sheets, creating a structured log of applicants and verification outcomes. This template can be used as a standalone screening workflow or embedded into a larger hiring, recruiting operations, or compliance automation.
