Daily Automated Backup of n8n Workflows to GitHub

This workflow is designed to automatically back up your n8n workflows to GitHub every day. It starts with a scheduled trigger that initiates the process daily. The workflow connects to your GitHub repository to list existing backup files, retrieves current workflows from your n8n instance, and processes them into JSON format. Each workflow is then encoded to base64 for GitHub compatibility. The workflow checks if a file already exists in the repository and either updates it or creates a new one, ensuring all changes are timestamped for clarity. This setup provides a seamless and secure method to manage and store workflow versions, safeguarding against data loss.
